During the turbulent Nixon era we really only had one comedian giving us political humor; Johnny Carson. Johnny was the pioneer in this art of taking the days headlines and mining them for laughs.
Leno followed in Johnny’s political humor footsteps along with Letterman. But political comedy would come to full bloom under the great Jon Stewart.
My spirit guide Robin Williams told me during the elections that a Trump presidency would be “hilarious.” Indeed, the epic comic turned blue whale in his next life as I have channeled, was right. Under Trump the political humor has been hilarious from Steven Colbert, Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel, Bill Maher, Samantha Bee, Trevor Noah, John Oliver, Conan O’Brien, Alec Baldwin, Jimmy Fallon, James Corden and more up and comers. But the joke of Trump is getting very old very fast. Overexposure is a law of reality.
Looking deeper to my Trump rubber necking, add the 24/7 news channels, like FOX, CNN and MSNBC that did not exists in Nixon times, the talk shows like the View. Next add that media is now within my pockets via my cell phone 24/7.
Last, add in social media feeding on itself with Tweets and retweets, FB posts, YouTube pundits right and left where I have my day job for BuzzBroz.com, my social media company and I see it:
MEDIA ECLIPSE!
What’s amazing, love him or hate him, is Trump’s uncanny ability to eclipse so much of the 24/7 coverage in this ever expanding media world. Now, I don’t know about you, but I sure need a break. I am trying to screen and limit Trump overexposure consciously to 30 minutes per day. That’s still an incredible amount of my day but I was losing hours of work time in the Trump field.
For me my big tension release has been meditation. Back at the start of 2017 my spirit guide Ohom, an ET thought traveler from Nektar, asked me to go the inauguration with my partner Elizabeth transmute fear to love we did it. But since that difficult meditation mission I have to admit I’ve lost my inner place in the Trump fog.
It’s not Ohom’s fault, certainly also not Elizabeth’s, I’ve been sucked into the Trump vortex. The blue Orion never asked me to do more than the spirit work of that one day as regards to one Donald J Trump, which Elizabeth and I did gratefully and with great success. You can see for yourself on our playlist.
No, it’s been my own dislike of Trump dating back to our being peers of a kind in commercial real estate that’s really sucked me in combined with the hypnotic pull seeing the latest stunt he’s pulled thrown in my face 24/7.
Time for me to step away from Trump’s train presidency that polarizing our country. The worldwide media machine profiting off Trump at the expense of real news has the mogul abundantly covered. I step back now to assess if I want to go further with a feature documentary on our LOVE TRUMPS HATE theme we devised for the inauguration. But I will no longer use that film project as excuse for Trump binge watching.
Now that I’ve properly analyzed why I’ve gotten so caught up on all things Trump, a potent combination of my past history of dislike of Trump dating to the 80s, hyperactive media and a hyperbolic president, I am looking forward to returning to my regularly planetary meditations. I seek to do more earthly healing and regain my inner peace.
LOW VIBE TRUMP
Relax, Trump, a master troll, is really not as big as deal as he’d like us think. He, like Obama and Bush, are beholden to the deep state for his marching orders. Witness Trump’s recent flip flop on Afghanistan for recent proof. In reality Trump’s simply the #distractorinchief, keeping us away from paying attention to local news and events while the bad guys rake in the chips.
I will continue to keep a bit of an eye on Donald’s presence in our field. How can’t I with the coverage he gets. But I will do so without sampling the ever expanding variety comedy and news takes on his work.
I hope my meditations on this Trump obsession helps you break free of the Trump vortex too. Keep meditating with us at CoolestMeditationEver.com.
Johnny, I miss you and those sweet simpler times of my youth.
One of our meditation tools for transmuting fear to love during the volatile the Trump presidency, along for the ride at Monument Valley.
My partner in love and life Elizabeth England and I have been on the road the majority of our lives since May. We’re touring our film THE COOLEST MEDITATION EVER: ANTARCTICA 12.12.12 (CME), already online at DoPenguinsMeditate.com and available as a DVD on Amazon.
We call the tour ‘Movie and a Meditation.’ We are the first filmmakers, as far as we know, to combine a movie with a live guided meditation. We must be doing something right because I am pleased to see we already have some copy cats starting to do it also. Movies have always been a meditation for me–a place where I can let go of current reality and imagine being the hero of a film. So cool to be the hero of this film and share how Antarctica brought my love Elizabeth into my life.
After a very typical Q&A about this very untypical film (about meditations guided by highly evolved thought-traveling ET energies who sent me to Antarctica in 2012 amidst the hype of the end of the Mayan calendar), Elizabeth, a talented Kirtan performer, yogini and meditation expert in her own right, leads a live planetary healing meditation.
So far we’ve brought our ‘Movie and a Meditation’ events to:
Sedona, AZ
Las Vegas, NV
The OC, CA
Desert Hot Springs, CA
Santa Fe, NM
Boulder, CO
We met amazing people on the journey like famed sonic healers and authors Jonathan and Andi Goldman, who co-hosted our Boulder Colorado premier on August 1st. We were blessed to have the Et toning team of Anara Whitebear and Chris Katsaropoulos, our Durango pals, on board to open the energies of the night.
The hit Boulder premiere was held at the prestigious Etown theater. We opened with a Kombucha and cheese reception that Elizabeth, who worked for Martha Stuart for 3 years, pulled off to perfection.

On the road same time as our sweet little movie and meditation event, strangely running for a 2020 reelection none of us want to think about yet, was Donald John Trump. To stay in the media spotlight his ego demands, Trump is going further and further into using fear and anger. And so we found ourselves doing meditations to counter fears of nuclear war with North Korea Trump fomented on Twitter and the hate he rankled into the consciousness with his “many sides” stance on Charlottesville.
Unlike Trump, we don’t have a private jet or a vast PR machine to blast ourselves into the mass consciousness. We use our meditations and little events to reach the masses. A slower and gentler process, it’s nonetheless powerful.
Elizabeth and I, now plus our nervous rescue dog Lincoln, who does not tolerate pet sitters well, traveled along with us in our 2011 Jeep Wrangler. We just cracked 108,000 miles on the odometer thanks to the 10,000 miles we’ve put on the dependable Jeep since May showing our film.
Our crowds, compared to Trump’s, are tiny, maxing out at 100+ . Raising consciousness in this time of dumbing down is not easy. It’s always better to light a candle than curse the darkness.
Speaking of darkness, at the ill-advised Phoenix rally last night, day one post-eclipse and drawing big crowds from the right and left, Trump was consumed by defending his racist rollercoaster ride of reactions to the Charlottesville tragedy. The enemy in all this? Not the Nazis, the press, according to Trump. Well, as a man I voted for, Ronald Reagan once said in debate, “There he goes again.” And there I went again with 24 hours of meditations to set intention for the Phoenix event to pass without the loss of another life.
And it happened. Some skirmishes but no deaths in the face of president ignoring the wishes of mayor concerned for his city with a 40% Hispanic population. I am proud to say I feel we helped. Meditation has been proven scientifically to reduce crime and violence in major studies.
Our movie and meditation and web work, we are proud to say, is all about love and the belief that all of us make a difference in the field of consciousness. How ironic that a film about the possibility, however ‘far out’ as we acknowledge in the film, of an ET-thought-traveler who is helped humanity by guiding our meditations in Antarctica and beyond, is more real and sincere than our current president’s script.
When I finally finished the editing on THE COOLEST MEDITATION EVER: ANTARCTICA 12.12.12 in late 2016 I thought the movie, Running Time 64 minutes, was going to only look good on the internet.
That all changed for the coolest when we sold out the Sedona Film Festival’s Mary Fisher theater, with 20 people turned away at the door! And the FILM LOOKED AMAZING on the big screen and our audience loved doing a live planetary meditation after, well, I knew we were onto something bigger than Vimeo and Amazon, where the movie can be viewed or bought.
And so we had invented a new movie going experience we like to call a MOVIE AND A MEDITATION, with our Antarctica film being the first of many such nights you can expect from us. As you can see here when the lights came up, people were treated to a Q&A and shared consciousness to send healing love to my mermaid Elizabeth’s first love, the oceans.
From 2010 to 2012 I did many live events with crowds of 100 plus in Los Angeles. 12.12.16, exactly 4 years from my stepping foot on the giant continent of Antarctica, here I was doing a Movie and a Meditation in my new home Sedona with the love of my life and surrounded my some of Sedona’s and LA’s best healers. The applause was like water in the desert of our 6 years in total filmmaking journey.
Buoyed by the Sedona success, after a few months of getting happily sidetracked with work on an exciting new screenplay about the incredible life of scientist, author and inventor Patrick Flanagan, and following a detour to cover the Heyoka president we are all being entertained and stretched by for now, my partner in love and life, Elizabeth and I began touring the film through May to across the Southwest. Here’s some highlights!
BEFORE HITTING THE ROAD…
We landed a superb pet sitter for our 1 year-old rescue dog Lincoln. That done we set out in our Jeep, loaded with DVDs and cool perks which funded this entire trip and all our computer gear to be able to service our clients while on the move. First stop…
The Enchanted Forest Reiki Center in Las Vegas generated a small turnout, but the mini-crowd loved the film. Best of all the film’s humor brought a laugh to woman who was recovering from the recent loss of a dear husband. Quite the come down in scale from the sold-out Sedona film fest, but we’d learn on the road in Santa Fe that the amazing Amma’s first events were small as well.
Next it was onto the OC for a screening at The Temple of Light.
Unfortunately, I suffered food poisoning I picked up in Vegas taking my grieving 88-year-old mom to a fine Mexican restaurant. It was long drive to LA, sparing you the gory details. But I was too busy worrying for my mother, broken-hearted about her husband and great stepfather of 30 years and lost in coma after stroke, to feel sorry for myself. I was relieved to hear my baby brother was coming into Vegas to care for mom soon. I had spent 3 weeks caring for my it was his turn to be on watch. We’d been tag teaming since the early part of 2017.
Unfortunately, as a result of my being sick and checking on mom daily Elizabeth and I were unable to market much for the OC. We’d hope I LA fan base would make the 90 minute trek but not many did. Still, amazing people showed up like Bahkti star Larisa Stowe.
Donna who we toured Egypt with last year and Deanna Cook, who hosted us for a few days and we in turn hosted in Sedona. We looked on the intimate size as chance to keep perfecting our Movie and a Meditation format.
I discovered on the trip that I have developed terrible cat allergies because the people we were staying with had not one but two cats. Despite a sneezing attack mi screening, the event was magical. The Antarctica movie gets people relaxed and ready for the planetary meditation that follows.
Next up the EarthShift conference in Desert Hot Springs. The poster makers for the event could not fit the information about our event within the evnt, so we made our own poster.
At first I was taken aback seeing we’d be screening in the middle of a noisy vendor bazar that surround the theater seating area but the tech running the show did a great job of quieting the crowd.
Big applause from a gathering for our Saturday matinee. A great Q&A. We were honored to have the event creator himself Julian Forest accompany Elizabeth for the guided meditation.
After our matinee, Elizabeth found us a great spa that turned out to be a huge health boost for my ongoing battle with black mold poisoning I suffered in 2013/2014. And we stayed at the home of the amazing Joan of Angels, surrounded day and night by her prolific visionary ET inspired angel art.
Next, it was back to base in Sedona. Our rescue dog Lincoln greeted us with such joy on our homecoming. The little fella had proved quite a handful for our talented and loving pet sitter. Lincoln had the best in care while we were on the tour, including two pet shrinks our sitter brought aboard in our absence. We saw great progress in his journey relaxing into his happy new life. But our little rescue dog was so sad our pet sitter told us while we were away that it was clear to us Lincoln would be happier coming with us on the next city, Santa Fe.
Since 2011 Elizabeth has spent her birthday at the amazing Amma’s event. So with Santa Fe the screening marketing work was integrated with attending the Amma event. We rented a beautiful casita new where the film was screening. Lincoln loved staying there and near us while we attended the Amma events in short bursts.
Sadly I learned, while we waited for our Amma hugs, on June 13th that my stepfather, great guy who took such sweet care of my mom for 30 years, had passed in Vegas. After nearly 3 months in a coma, the Navy vet had given up the battle. Fortunately, my brother was already in Vegas caring for our mom. The poor thing had exhausted herself and broken her hip while we were on the road. And for the few days while she was down, Nick got lost in our insane hospital system. I tracked him down by calling all the major hospitals.
My brother really came to the rescue while Elizabeth and I were stuck on the road. My mom has accepted my brother’s invite, over our invite to come to Sedona, preferring to return to her native home state of Wisconsin. She’s doing great and not following her husband as often happens. People in my family live to over 100 and I think she’s going to be another.
Grieving, caring for my own and family illness while promoting was not easy on me. Luckily Elizabeth was all over it. We were looking forward to filling the 150 seat theater we rented in Santa Fe for after the Amma event.
But we made a miscalculation in selecting the Screen. Santa Fe is small by LA standards, and to we former Los Angelinos driving ten minutes to the theater from the downtown seemed no biggie. We were wrong. Net result a small turnout again.
People spaced themselves out in the 150 seats and so the audience energy was dispersed with few laughs or giggles of delight we are used to getting them. Two people even walked out mid-film. Yikes. But the core audience who stayed after were amazing. The of them Sidhi yogas like Elizabeth.
Coolest Yogini Ever: Elizabeth England
On the plus side, and the theme of this trip, it became an intimate gathering where we could hug every movie attendee Amma style. Once again a quality not quantity crowd. Here’s a snap of the 40 foot screen the movie was shown on. Again blown away by how good the movie looks and sounds on the big screen.
The lesson in all this? We learned tours are hard work to manage and market if they are spaced to close together. Especially harder on the road with everything else that’s going on with our lives. So we’ll promote Boulder heavily for a month from our Sedona base where we and Lincoln have happily retuned,
Next up for the MOVIE AND A MEDIATION tour: Boulder Colorado August 1st. A 200 seat theater. Can we sell it out like Sedona? You bet! Our confidence is bolstered by the fact we have added two exciting guest co-hosts, famed sonic healing artists Jonathan Goldman and Andi Goldman.
It’s not been my favorite CoolestMeditationEver.com mission. When my spirit guide Ohom suggested Elizabeth and I go to Washington DC for the inauguration and shift fear to love I almost said no. Well, if I’m honest, “NO WAY!”
But Elizabeth was more up for it than I was when I told her about Ohom’s mission. And so we went, with only 2 weeks to prep and filmed and meditated in the energy field of our newly minted prez.
I’d hoped when we got home that would be the end of the mission but Ohom guided me that it was beneficial to the planet that Elizabeth and I keep a close eye on what Trump was up to and hold that space of fear to love during his first 100 days.
It’s been hard not to go into fear and staying in an empowered state of love as Trump’s presidency is practically a new train wreck a day.
Tomorrow is day 100, which I hope he spends as the golfing-est president ever.
Stay in your empowered space of love and visualize the future you want for day 100 and beyond. Meditation makes a difference.
Elizabeth England took the stage at the inaugural Earth Shift conference, hosted and created by musical artist Julian Forest. Her mission tell the audience, nestled in their seats at the conference center at Miracle Hot Springs resort, about the plight of the blue whales. Many in the crowd were shocked to hear the population is down to only about 10,000 across the planet as compared to half a million 150 years ago.
During Elizabeth’s fine speech I thought back on Robin Williams, whose spirit reincarnated as a blue whale and who I am frequently visited by, dropping in on me at a recent whale guitar performance by Julian back in Sedona.
Robin was not his usual cheerful, blue-whale-self. He was sullen and pained in his expression as he said, “If the blue whales go extinct, mankind goes with them.” No playful Nanoo Nanoos. Robin simply vanished leaving images of a dangerous shipping lane he was traversing with his mother, Mamoo.
By the time I came back to present Elizabeth was onstage sharing the story of the largest life force on earth, Pando. Pando is a 20 square mile, 80,000 year old cluster of Aspens that all share the same DNA. Earth’s oldest being lives in Utah, Elizabetf, bedecked in gorgeous new robe with twin Dolphins on the back, swimming up a DNA spiral.
I am so tired from the hit Do Penguins Meditate crowd funding marathon that I only came to Earth Shift for my love Elizabeth, and though the crowds have been small, I’ve had great time seeing other great speakers like Dr. Dream, Athena Starseed, Astar, Joan of Angels and more.
I will be back next year. This time Elizabeth won’t have to drag me from my computer because there is something special happening here.

I have to thank my love and partner Elizabeth England for convincing me to take a break on THE COOLEST MEDIATION EVER film work and crowd funding to attend Danette Wolpert’s blossoming third Illuminate Film Festival, June 1-5. Not only did we both have a great time seeing cutting edge conscious film we met amazing luminaries of the work to which we we are both dedicated.
Instead of just popcorn in the lobby of this festival you can visit a healer, 0r have a sound healing or virtual reality experience. To all my film friends in LA, this is fest to mark you calendar for next year.
The parties were first rate with lots of Vegan and Kombucha and filled with conscious conversation. Lifelong connections were forged with conscious filmmakers from across the globe and it was great to see familiar face with old friends and meet new ones.
Ken Sheetz and Elizabeth England with Jai Uttal
We met too many amazing people to list. Here’s our interview we participated in with Reverend Michael Bernard Beckwith. More videos and reviews of new films yet to hit the theater to come.
During the NEO Neurophone Indiegogo of 2014-2015 I fell horribly out of balance as I strove to help awaken a planet to techno-meditation. Good news I raised over $1.6 million for Dr. Patrick Flanagan’s amazing new brain device. Bad news I had not taken more than a handful of days off in 12 months of 15 hour work days.
Healing the earth begins within, especially for planetary healers. But I had gained 40 pounds as a lump in front of a computer screen, becoming systemically inflamed, my body still recovering from 2013 black mold infection that nearly killed me and ended my hiking in the hiking capital of the world, Sedona.
In May of 2015, NEO inventor Patrick Flanagan took a terrible fall down a stairs. The great scientist lay in a coma for two weeks. Miraculously, he awoke from coma a few days before his own NEO release party with over 100 guests all getting his new device, an update of many earlier versions of the Neurophone dating back to 1958. But the hospital would not let Pat out to play at his own party. I ended up last minute as the host when his wife Stephanie got the idea to Skype Pat into the party.
What a moment when the doctor appeared on screen at the July NEO release party. Watch and keep reading after the jump!
Happily, Pat’s recovered fully here in 2016 and is enjoying life in Ecuador with his Stephanie. But in October of 2015, we sold out the last of 5,000 NEOs the Indiegogo campaign had ushered into the world and Pat asked me to end the Indiegogo as he was not yet up for another intense round of NEO work yet.
I had never pictured this suspension of a hit Indiegogo that had gotten worldwide media attention and raised $1.6 million. So when I pulled the plug I was at loss. And for the first time in a year I looked at how out of balance my life had become and how horribly my health had suffered. I had zero social life unless you count: Pilates, going alone to movies and overeating in restaurants.
Patrick had been so vital before the accident that filming him for the hit web series THE FLANAGAN EXPERIMENTS and THE NEUROPHONE EXPERIENCE had taken over my life. I’d pushed all my own film projects aside. After all, how often does one get to film a scientist that’s a cross between Einstein and the Dalai Lama?
WHAT’ NEXT AFTER HIT NEO?
I spent time meditating on what I should do next. I had a few months cushion with the success of the NEO to not take on new social media work. My spirit guide Ohom had answers, “Let go any resentments you are feeling about the halt of the NEO project. Pat will resume when he is fully well and ready. It’s time to finish the work you began in 2012. make your 24 meditations in one film to help awaken the planet.”
Robin Williams chimed in too, “And get yourself back on a healthy diet and exercise plan. I’m the one whose living life as whale now, not you, Blubber boy!” See my blog series here on Robin to understand the whale joke.
And so I went to work on the movie in October 2015, ignoring Robin’s advice. I worked so hard on the movie I wore right through my editing chair. As I finished the film’s first cut in early November I had damaged my butt muscle and could barley walk. Yes, a year of the NEO Indie and months of 18 hour days on editing THE COOLEST MEDITATION EVER: ANTARCTICA 12.12.12 had left me crippled from overwork, bad food and lack of exercise.
Spirit guide Ohom warned me in November after the film was done, “Seek balance, Ken. Get in shape or you will die in March of 2016.”
The next day after Ohom’s warning I decided to accept an invitation to LA to my friend Ed Asner’s 86th birthday party. I stayed at a lovely new friend, Sima Morrison’s, sweet guest house. She and her husband became my first test audience for my Antarctica film as we watched on their big screen. Both loved the film and we were blown away by how their house’s decor mirrored many of the themes in my documentary.
My friend Tanya was my guest at the party for Ed. I could tell Ed was surprised and touched that I had made the trip to LA to honor his 86th. His party benefited the Skylight Theater.
The next night I ended up having dinner with a lovely singer I’d met on the flight in from Phoenix. We went out to karaoke after and were joined by Sarah and Greg Larsen. We partied late, closing the karaoke joint down.
Next day I hung out with Sima in Venice Beach. Sima runs a great conscious website, House of Citrine and it was wonderful getting to know her better. I expect great things from she and her husband Brett, now head of IT for Space-X. As we headed back to the house Sima invited me to stay on another extra night, instead of flying out that afternoon back to Sedona. Tired from the big Karoke night I said I’d think about the kind offer. Nothing except the next round of editing the Antarctica film was calling me back, but I was anxious to keep editing on.
Later that afternoon Elizabeth England contacted me, sorry she had missed my karaoke FB general invite to LA friends. She asked if I wanted to get together for dinner that night. I said I was too tired for dinner, but that Sima had offered me to stay over so how about breakfast next day before I headed home? Elizabeth seemed disappointed I was not up for dinner but accepted my invite to breakfast next day.
GRATITUDE
Breakfast was at Cafe Gratitude. As soon as she looked deep into my eyes I could see Elizabeth had a lot on her mind so I texted Sima not join us as originally planned. Elizabeth was frustrated with how her social media career was going. Nothing was jelling in a way that Elizabeth was enjoying. She asked if I would teach her effective crowd funding and I invited her to consider working with me on my next crowd funder to raise distribution for my film releasing 6.16.16. Elizabeth exclaimed, “June 16th is my birthday. And, yes, I’d love to help and learn.”
I sensed something deeper than work in Elizabeth’s interest in me and I ventured, “Hey. My LA friends Ellen and Brian are coming to Sedona for Thanksgiving in a few weeks. I am a lousy cook. I have a guest room and I’d love to show you the town. Want to come and save me from ruining Thanksgiving with my bachelor cooking skills? ”
Now, I’d been asking Elizabeth every so often to come to Sedona for 2 years at this point and each time she’d politely decline, but this time she enthusiastically said “Yes!”
BALANCE COMES TO SEDONA
Two weeks later Elizabeth hitched a ride to Sedona with two of her friends. And from the moment she arrived in Sedona she was welcomed by the spirits, the red rocks and people. Despite my injuries from being glued to a desk chair for 18 months, I kept my word and showed Elizabeth the hiking trials, where coyotes answered her cries, and her past life as a Hopi names Red Deer, with me as her beloved Laughing Skies, returned to her on a moonlit desert hike.
At Thanksgiving Elizabeth was more amazing a cook than I could have imagined, having worked with Martha Stewart in the 80s. Elizabeth quickly bonded with Brian and Ellen and their Kendra. Ellen was suspicious love was afoot.
We were joined at the Thanksgiving feast by Elizabeth’s two friends Julian and Astara, plus another couple. It was divine and my most balanced holiday in ages.
Since Thanksgiving 2015, Elizabeth and I have been together except for a 10-day break for her to pack up her LA life, happily returned to me by Sima. Elizabeth;s great planetary healing work on Ocean Nation compliments my own. She’s a whiz on the web and Excel spreadsheet in ways I am not. So work gets done faster and this makes more time for fun and healthy activities.
Elizabeth is 17 year vet of the military and in phenomenal shape. She’s gotten me into Yoga for the first time. So far I’ve lost 30 pounds of the 40 I packed on since confining myself to a chair.
What can I say except, “Thanks, Ohom!” After all, he suggested Elizabeth would be my perfect mate back in 2012. And it took a few years to manifest but the love and life Elizabeth and now share day and night is bliss. Hmm. Maybe Ohom should start an ‘ET Match Making’ service with the whale reincarnation of Robin Williams offering blubbery motivation.
Please visit my new crowd funder for the 24 sacred mediations I performed with good humor in Antarctica DO PENGUINS MEDITATE is tax deductible for your contributions thanks to Elizabeth’s introduction of my film to her client From the Heart productions.
Last summer I was guided to join a tour group headed up by Dr. Sarah Larsen and her husband Greg Larsen that was heading to Egypt. It had been meeting Quest Tour’s founder Mohamed Nazmy, author of Love Is My Religion, that had clinched my decision to join the epic March 2016 journey.
I had not had such strong spirit ET guidance since 2012 and Antarctica; and I decided this time to not have the trip go down to the wire again so I bought my expensive ticket early, way back in September. Then something wonderful and quite unexpected happened. My soulmate Elizabeth England came into my life at the end of 2015.
I immediately called Sarah Larsen and told her about Elizabeth and I uniting and how I did not want to go to Egypt without my soulmate. It had taken a lifetime to reunite us in this lifetime and I told Sarah I would rather postpone the trip to 2017 when the Larsen’s Miracle Makers would go to Egypt again. And that seemed the end of 2016 Egypt.
But Sarah and Greg surprised me by holding a 2016 space for Elizabeth, a friend they had known for years, to come to Egypt with me. They arranged for me to pay the trip off in installments. I hate debt but this felt right and so I agreed to the payment plan. What’s amazing is the money materialized and I was able to pay Greg and Sarah Elizabeth’s ticket before departure for Egypt.
The miracles don’t stop there. Two weeks before departure for Cairo where the journey would begin, I received an amazing message from my ET guide, Ohom. I was to receive a download in the King’s Chamber in the Great Pyramid of Giza that I would relay into the collective consciousness to end global warming – ending warming of the oceans is a mission Elizabeth passionately shares via her awareness raising Ocean-Nation.org project.
Elizabeth is far more of planner than I am and she wowed me with a series of YouTube videos about Egypt. This was sure to be the trip of a lifetime and Ohom my spirit guide had told me of Elizabeth being a perfect mate for me way back in 2012. Ohom should open an ET dating service as it has been perfect indeed. Yes, we have our ups and down like any couple but we get through the downs fast and come out of it with a positive POV.
So on our way to Egypt, we traveled through LA from Sedona to join the Larsens’ Miracle Makers group and had a fun night of Karaoke with our LA pals. Soon it was time to leave.
Travel on 4 flights for 25 hours was grueling. And stressfully, an Air Canada person took my trusty carry-on I’ve been using for years, saying it was too big when it’s not. The attendant made such a fuss we gave into having her check the bag, afraid we were going to be kicked off the flight. Despite my telling the irritating Air Canada we were on the way to Cairo via Toronto the bag was short tagged and lost in Toronto.
Elizabeth and I arrived, minus my carry-on, at the 5 star Mena House Hotel practically on the same grounds as the Giza Pyramids about 11PM Cairo time. Sarah and Greg had waited up for our group’s arrival with the others members of the group I later nicknamed The Loving Eight. But we were all too tired to stay up as our group wake up call was for 5AM to see the Sphinx and begin two weeks of initiations at sacred sites representing the seven chakras.

Face it, my fellow humans born with egos, besides people in a forest there are a lot of other creatures always present to hear a tree fall; birds, deer, bears, dwarves, elves, fairies, other trees, etc. But a film that never reaches an audience is far quieter than the proverbial witness-free tree.
The flood of films with big stars and name directors competing for filmgoers’ pocketbooks against an independent filmmaker/self-distributor like me is beyond daunting. Even virtual venues like YouTube, Vimeo, Itunes, Facebook, Amazon and more are flooded with content. Just looking at Youtube alone, over 300 hours of new content is loaded per minute.
To get that last stat of 300 hours of new content added per minute per day to sink in, think of it this way: If a person devoted all their waking hours to being current on just one minute of new YouTube content it would take that viewer 3 weeks of dawn to dusk viewing. Accomplished only by eating all their meals at the computer screen and using a bed pan for rest room breaks.
Getting the grim picture for independent content creators? So the only solution to getting an important film like THE COOLEST MEDITATION EVER: ANTARCTICA 12.12.12 out to as many hearts and souls as possible is an ample ad and marketing budget.
Let’s back up for a minute. Why is this experimental meditation film, made on a shoestring budget and filmed in Antarctica in 2012, important for people to see? Simple. The film, a collection of 24 meditations, all done 9 days in advance of the end of the Mayan calendar, set intentions for evolution human consciousness. When people see the movie it’s an anchoring-in and activation.
That’s the serious “Why?” The film is a paradoxically whimsical creation that strives not take itself too seriously.
Back to the topic at hand. Ads cost big money and are the only way to get this movie out to the world. Next, crowd funding is the only way to fund our ads budget, as no studio is going to be interested in a movie about a man having visions of ETs that pestered him in dreams all the way to Antarctica by 12.12.12 to head the Mayan calendar off at the pass. But crowd funding is a swollen field too as there are so many wonderful independent films out there.
My solution? Copy the PBS, where I had a prime time show air in 2000, fund raising model of giving valuable prizes for support dollars. When I came up with this idea, after much wringing of hands, late 2015, in the week between Xmas and New Year’s, little did I realize I would attract not one but three giants of spirit science to grant us products from their lines to offer as prizes.
The result for The Coolest Meditation Ever is the most successful pre-launch for film crowd funder to date I know about. I am pleased to report that our snowball approach grows our ads war chest daily. Contributors are loving prizes from scientist Patrick Flanagan, sonic healer Jonathan Goldman and cosmic coach James Wanless.
Adding luster to our coolest ever prize packages is the fact all contributions to our film starting late last year are tax deductible! This is thanks to my soulmate Elizabeth England who, in addition to connecting me to James Wanless, introduced me to Carol Dean of From the Heart Productions who became our fiscal sponsor and presto tax deductible prizes.
BTW, read about how this project actually helped bring about Elizabeth and I becoming a couple with some help from the ET spirit Ohom.
You can see our trailer and learn about all the coolest prizes from our titans of spirit science. Cool thing is all prizes are available right now, well in advance of our 4.4.16 crowd funder launch on Indiegogo, at CoolestMeditationEver.com
If all you watch is the nightly news, clogged with who Trump insulted that day or some moronic racial slur he made, coupled with depressing stories of world at war abroad and at home, you might think not much good happened in 2016.
But step back and look at the breakthroughs of Elon Musk heralding in an end to oil dependency and launching humanity for the stars, then look at my personal friend and planetary meditation backer, Dr. Patrick Flanagan, and his NEO Neurophone – which happily raked in over $1.6 million for his updated ultrasonic brain bliss machine – and we see in fact a lot of good is going on.
Never forget one of the big sponsors of the nightly news is the Pharma industry, vampiric-ally looking to depress you into becoming dependent on their little pills for life. Free your mind with meditation not medication.
On a personal note, 2015 saw the completion two of my new feature documentary films. First THE NEUROPHONE EXPERIENCE, now on Amazon DVD and OnDemand on Vimeo. I edited over 100 of my exclusive videos of the famed doctor into a powerful, fast paced, yet meditative, 70 minute film of this genius’ work.
After that project was done I visited my son in Chicago. There in his sweet new home with his lovely new wife, we reunited for the first time since I began reporting on my visions in 2010. I met my two gorgeous new 19 month-old twin granddaughters. Happy, happy times. I can’t describe the joy in words of hearing my son say I was a good father as we hugged.
Then I headed back to Sedona and onto editing the 24 meditations that I reluctantly at first followed spirit to perform in Antarctica on 12.12.12. All to close out the 5,125 year Mayan calendar and welcome in the next Baktun by setting positive intentions to shifts in human consciousness. Heady stuff and a long intense day of filming on the ice, but it came out wonderfully.
I can honestly say I got to like myself more in the 3 months it took me, toiling 15 hours a day, to edit this remarkable new documentary together. Watching myself day after day meditating on camera on ice to help heal this world was healing for a low childhood self-worth caused by an abusive father.
THE COOLEST MEDITATION EVER: ANTARCTICA 12.12.12, releasing 6.16.16, is unlike any other film in the world out there. It shows that any of us are capable of far more in effecting transformation of this troubled world than we know.
Amplifying all this joy, both professional and personal, I fell in love in late 2015 with an amazing woman, Elizabeth England. I’ve had a crush on her since I first laid eyes on Elizabeth at a 1.1.11 DreamShield Coolest Ever Planetary Meditation.
Elizabeth England, silver jacket center, first time I saw her on 1.1.11
As I looked over the deck of the Ushuaia, sailing back from Antarctica and gazing at a gorgeous sunset, I made a vow never to travel to such a beautiful place solo again. At that painful lonely moment on a the deck of a ship filled with happy couples, Ohom, my ET spirit guide, told me Elizabeth England would make an ideal soulmate.
So as soon I was back in LA on Xmas 2012 I called Elizabeth and invited her for drinks at the Sportsman Lodge. There in the cocktail lounge, that was decorated like modern ice cave, I told Elizabeth of the ET Ohom’s dating advice. She was a bit taken aback to say the least and she gently explained she was still in a committed relationship. Bummer.
But we kept in touch as friends for the next 3 years and in November 2015, on one of my many trips to LA, Elizabeth wanted to see me. Happily she accepted an invite to stay in my guest room a few nights and help me host a Thanksgiving feast I was throwing for my dear LA friends Brian Kutza and Ellen Stern.
Elizabeth England’s First Visit to Sedona for Thanksgiving 2016
Sedona swept away Elizabeth’s LA cobwebs and I could see in her eyes it was as though she was seeing me for the first time and seeing the kind of life Ohom had promised in 2012, while I was still in Antarctic waters. We connected in a profound way and both of us knew we were soulmates with many past lives.
So much joy and new life have found me since Elizabeth joined me in Sedona, just a little over a week ago. And her LA friends and formers housemates had a great party for her. Even her former mentor and love wished us well.
Quite a different world than what you see in the news. I am not saying we should stick our heads in the sand, but Ohom tells me focusing on the positive is a must to lift this world to new heights. And somehow, this gentle giant of an ET being is always right, at least where love is concerned.
Yep. 2016 is going to an amazing year for rapid transformation on a planetary scale. It begins within each of us. Do your part by staying 100% positive, no matter what seems to be contrary, and great things will be yours.
Lucky me with Elizabeth at Enchantment to Celebrate her move to Sedona
Oh, one last synchronicity: 6.16.16, the release date I chose for THE COOLEST MEDITATION EVER: ANTARCTICA 12.12.12, something I chose before we united as soulmates, 6.16 happens to be Elizabeth’s birthday.
