ET angels in Italy

Celebrating 15 Years of The DreamShield – First Contact

The DreamShield blog was born from a life-changing vision I experienced in Italy on May 10th, 2010. That date—5/10/2010—translates numerologically to 5+5+1+2+1 = 14, which reduces to 5. For the first time since that powerful experience, I looked up the meaning of the number 5 on Numerology.com. I was stunned by how precisely it captured the impact of that day on my life.

A key trait of the number 5 is curiosity and a deep need for a variety of exciting experiences to feel fulfilled. It craves freedom and adventure and isn’t afraid to let the wind carry it where it may. For the 5, life is not about setting goals and making plans—it’s about getting out there and experimenting. Anything that stirs the senses piques the 5’s interest, and it can’t wait to dive in.

That spirit perfectly captures the wild, unexpected detour my life took that day.

I had traveled to Santa Maria del Sole, a lush retreat in southern Italy, to film a workshop led by Connie Miller, founder of SoulDrama.com. During a group healing session led by a gifted healer named Guilia, I was simply a fly on the wall—no filming was allowed during the healing. So, I laid on my yoga mat and closed my eyes.

And then… it happened.

In a deep trance, I found myself soaring through Earth’s atmosphere at incredible speed, escorted by benevolent 8-foot-tall, blue-skinned extraterrestrials. Together, we formed two immense energy rings encircling the planet—one east-to-west, the other north-to-south. The two rings intersected right through the yoga hall. It was beautiful. Profound. Unforgettable.

And it shook me to my core.

When the session ended and I came out of the trance, I turned to Connie and asked softly, “Did you see them?” She smiled kindly and said no, but was glad I had. I hadn’t expected any of this—I was there to make a film. Yet, I had just witnessed something that felt more real than anything I had ever filmed.

Later, walking the idyllic grounds of Santa Maria del Sole, I felt… violated. Angry. Confused. The vision was so vivid, so overpowering, I feared I’d suffered a psychotic break. I kept the experience to myself and finished filming. I tried to find Guilia to tell her, but she was unavailable.

That night, I checked into a modest hotel in Puglia, my next stop before heading back to L.A., with a layover in Venice. My room, shaped like the inside of a beehive, was basic. Too exhausted to undress, I collapsed onto a narrow bed covered in a thin black bedspread.

Then the voice came.

Loud. Clear. Impossible to ignore.

“Do not be afraid. You have been chosen to help save humanity by building a dream shield around the Earth.”

I sat up, heart pounding, expecting to see an alien sitting in the desk chair. But I was alone.

“Who are you?” I asked aloud.

“Friends,” the voice replied. “And we want you to host meditation events to strengthen the DreamShield on 10.10.10, 11.11.11, and 12.12.12—to bring about a gentle end to the Mayan calendar.”

I didn’t speak aloud again, only internally.

“No one will come. I’m no meditation expert.”

Silence. Then tears welled in my eyes. Was I going crazy?

Feeling deeply unsettled, I got out of bed and called Santa Maria del Sole. This time, Guilia answered. She listened with fascination and encouraged me to return and record our conversation. I caught a taxi back that night and, with camera in hand, interviewed her in a breathless exchange where I broke my cardinal rule as a documentarian—I did most of the talking.

Sharing the vision out loud was healing. It grounded me. As the taxi drove back through the golden hills of Puglia and the sun dipped beneath the horizon, I felt calm. That night, I began to dream again—this time not with fear, but with awe.

Since that day in 2010, through all the storms and chaos that have followed, my connection with those blue-skinned travelers has only grown deeper. They are now, whether real or a product of my powerful creative imagination, part of my spiritual life. Guides. Allies. Friends.

I owe thanks to so many: to Guilia, for grounding me in that moment of crisis; to Connie Miller, for inviting me on this unexpected path; to my late friend Bradley Quick, who gifted me the trip to Italy in his place and to every one of you who has supported and shared in the DreamShield experience here and with your purchase of the finest in bio-hacking products my wife and partner Elizabeth offer at CoolestTechEver.com.

Here’s to dreaming together—boldly, curiously, and with the courage of a number 5 spirit. Happy 15th anniversary to the DreamShield!

12 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF MY TRIPPY ANTARCTICA TRIP

It’s 12 years since I was in Antarctica. I wrote this to celebrate.

Welcome, brave traveler, to the dreamscape of Antarctica—a world of endless white, shimmering ice, and secrets long buried beneath the frost. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, and let the cold, crisp air of imagination fill your lungs. Exhale slowly, releasing the warmth of everyday worries, and feel yourself descend into the vast, glacial stillness. The ice beneath your feet is ancient, older than nations, older than history. With each step forward, you’re walking deeper into the unknown.

You’re not alone. Nope, not just you and the penguins anymore. Something—no, someone—is watching. No need to be afraid. It’s a presence both curious and kind. Like that feeling you get when you’re sure a cat’s staring at you from across the room. You’re being seen but not judged.

Look ahead. Do you see that faint glow through the foggy air? It’s not sunlight. It’s a soft, cerulean blue, pulsing like a distant heartbeat. Draw closer, step by step, each crunch of the ice beneath you like a drumbeat marking a grand reveal.

As you approach, the fog clears, and there it is—a magnificent entrance carved into the side of a glittering ice wall. The shape is unmistakably deliberate. Smooth edges. Symmetry. No way nature did this on her own. Your heart thumps, half-excited, half-disbelieving. Could it be? An actual ET base?! You’re not the type to jump to conclusions, but c’mon, this is pretty hard to deny.

Stepping inside, the air shifts. Warmer. Softer. Like walking into a cathedral where the silence is its own kind of music. The blue glow intensifies, illuminating sleek, smooth walls that almost seem to hum as you walk by. You’re suddenly aware of just how tall the ceilings are. Your eyes drift upward, and that’s when you see them.

Whoa.

Eight feet tall. Blue skin that shimmers like the northern lights. They’re elegant, with elongated features that seem wise, ancient, and—dare I say it—kind of fashionable. One of them tilts their head in curiosity. You’re struck by the sheer coolness of it all. Somewhere in the back of your mind, you’re thinking, “I’m gonna have a heck of a story to tell when I wake up.” One of them raises a hand, long fingers stretching out toward you. It’s not a ‘take me to your leader’ vibe. It’s more like, “Welcome home, friend. We’ve been waiting.”

You step forward, slowly raising your own hand. As your fingertips meet, it’s like touching a current of pure peace. Warmth. Familiarity. It’s as if they know you, like this meeting was always supposed to happen. They don’t speak with words, but you understand them.

“We’ve seen you before, traveler of dreams,” they’re saying, though not with mouths. It’s all feeling. “Long ago in a place you called Italy. You saw us then as you see us now. And now you’ve come to us once more.”

Your jaw drops. They know about Italy?! You’re tempted to blurt out, “Yeah, yeah, I’m that guy! You’re talking about me, right?” But before you can say anything, they’re already laughing—not with sound, but with waves of joy rippling through you.

“We’ve been with you on your journey,” they say. “From the ice, from the stars, from every place where imagination dares to dream.” Their words—well, thoughts—flood your mind with memories of your Antarctic adventure. You’re reminded of that still, quiet moment on the ice, surrounded by nothing but penguins and endless white. You’d felt it then, didn’t you? That extra something watching from beyond the veil.

Yeah, you’re nodding now. You knew it all along. More than penguins. Always more than penguins.

They’re inviting you now. Deeper into the base. As you follow, you notice small, glowing orbs hovering around you like curious fireflies. Each one flickers with a faint blue glow, zipping back and forth, playing with your hair like mischievous little sprites. It’s oddly charming. You’re half-expecting one of them to shout, “Tag! You’re it!”

They lead you into a grand chamber filled with technology so advanced it looks more like art than machinery. Smooth, fluid designs with no hard edges. Everything looks like it’s grown, not built. One of the taller beings gestures toward a central pedestal. A soft, pulsing glow rises from it. You’re drawn toward it like it’s calling your name.

You’re invited to place your hands on it. And why not? You’ve come this far. Your palms meet the surface, and suddenly—

Flash!

Memories flood you. Every moment of doubt. Every time you questioned your path. All those moments dissolve in a wave of laughter—not from them, but from you. It’s like you’re looking at your own story from a higher vantage point, and suddenly it’s clear. All of it. The detours. The “coincidences.” The paths you thought were dead ends. Turns out, it was all leading you here.

One of the blue beings smiles knowingly. “12 years, traveler. You’ve done well. Celebrate it. It’s no small thing to walk this path.”

You’re laughing now, tears of joy running down your face. “Twelve years, huh? Yeah, I guess I’ve earned this.” You’re suddenly flooded with gratitude—not just for them but for you. For every choice you made, even the ones that felt like mistakes. You’re finally seeing it for what it was: growth.

They’re clapping now, or at least their version of clapping. The orbs twirl around you, faster and faster, and suddenly it’s a full-blown celebration. Music (or something like it) reverberates through the room. The blue beings smile with pride. “Dance, traveler. You’ve earned it.”

And so you do. You dance like nobody’s watching. Except they’re totally watching, and they’re cheering you on. It’s a victory lap through 12 wild, weird, wonderful years. You’re moving with joy and freedom like a penguin on ice with zero cares in the world.

The glow intensifies, filling your vision with light. You’re back now, still feeling that rhythm in your chest. The ground beneath you is firm once again, but you’re changed. The air feels crisper. The world feels wider. As you open your eyes, you’re smiling like someone who’s just been let in on the universe’s best-kept secret.

Twelve years. And just like that, you’re ready for the next adventure.

Welcome back, brave traveler. You’ve seen more than penguins today. And you’ll never see yourself the same way again.

Your Invite to Break the Speed of Light

Einstein is famed, in part, for establishing that the speed of light — 186,282 miles a second — can never be broken. I’m no Einstein, so I prefer of the speed of light converted to 671 million miles an hour. Why?  Because that makes it easier to picture breaking the speed limit in your mind. For example: Traveling at 671 million miles an hour it would only take you about 10 hours to cross the solar system end to end.

Congrats. Just reading the prior sentence, you mentally crossed the entire solar system end to end in about 1 second. A visualization that allowed you to travel 36,000 times faster than the speed of light.

But fast as that is, my spirit guide OHOM (Open Heart Open Mind) visits me frequently via thought travels (AKA astral projection) all the way from the Orion star system on an ice moon called Nektar. That’s moving billions of times the speed of light. Happily, whenever Ohom has something important to share, a meditation mission or, in reverse, if I need his advice on an important matter, he’s here in the blink of my mind’s eye; traveling an infinite distance from his world of Nektar in the 13th dimension in a nanosecond.

Ohom Banner FB

After nine years of practice since meeting Ohom in a Yoga hall in Italy, deep in trance in a super powerful sound healing, I’m no slouch at thought travel myself.  Sure beats any experience I have ever enjoyed gaming or watching movies on TV or in a theater! Thought travel, you see, is not only a 3D experience but it incorporates all the five senses of sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell; plus BLISS.

Author’s note: Robin Williams, at least as I imagine him does not appear until Parts 2 & 3. But I have it in the stack of the ROBIN WILLIAMS VISITATIONS to as Robin might say, ” So to bot to confuse the living fuck out of you and give you some context.  Nanu Nanu!”

YOUR INVITE TO BREAK THE SPEED OF LIGHT

STEP ONE: Turn on some relaxing meditation music. I recommend MEDITATIVE MIND‘s superb YouTube channel. There’s no guided meditation there. Allowing you to free form your way across the cosmos with excellent long form videos, which are primarily frequency meditation music in nature.

STEP TWO: Get comfy. Get still. Early on in this whole thought travel experience I got my best results laying down. But now seated in an upright yoga posture works equally well and keeps me from falling asleep as happens with laying down.

STEP THREE: Completely clear your mind through meditation and deep patterned breathing. Experiment with what inner visualizations and breathing pattern gets your mind quiet. We live in a world designed to keep your mind busy and restless. Meditation is a quick and easy remedy that add years to your life. And take it from Ohom and me, you want to be around for the beautiful changes we will see over the next 100 years. I know it doesn’t look that way watching the news but dig deeper into the real facts and you’ll see the world has never been safer or happier. But I digress. Back to breaking the speed of light.

STEP FOUR: In your mind’s eye, picture a silver tether at your ethereal body’s ankle to keep you connected to your physical body. It’s your lifeline and it’s indestructible. With your tether you can end thought journeys at will any time you say, you’re the boss of you, and return home safe and sound.

STEP FIVE: Picture your ethereal body rise from your physical body. Start small with your thought travel. Simply stand up from your body and walk around your home in the ethereal. Look in a mirror. I notice I am translucent in spirit form and quite a bit younger.

STEP SIX: When you feel ready, walk out the front door. Pass right through it. You’re not solid.  Leave your house and take a walk in the street. Detail is important. Feel the breeze.  Hear the birds. Feel the sun on your face. Test snapping home into your body via the silver tether. Whoosh!

STEP SEVEN: The next thought travel you do, after getting deep into your meditation, picture somewhere on earth you’ve already visited. Only now you’re traveling in your ethereal body. No planes, trains or automobiles required. Let’s say for this example the place you’ve visited and love is Paris.  See yourself floating above your home city and lift off!  See yourself streaking your way in an instant to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Walk around the balcony and take in the sights, sounds and scents of the streets of Paris below.  Smile. You’ve made your first faster than light journey.

On Tour with THE COOLEST MEDIATION EVER: 12.12.12 Antarctica

SOUND HEALERS BOULDER EVENT

When I finally finished the editing on THE COOLEST MEDITATION EVER: ANTARCTICA 12.12.12 in late 2016 I thought the movie, Running Time 64 minutes, was going to only look good on the internet.

That all changed for the coolest when we sold out the Sedona Film Festival’s Mary Fisher theater, with 20 people turned away at the door! And the FILM LOOKED AMAZING on the big screen and our audience loved doing a live planetary meditation after, well, I knew we were onto something bigger than Vimeo and Amazon, where the movie can be viewed or bought.

And so we had invented a new movie going experience we like to call a MOVIE AND A MEDITATION, with our Antarctica film being the first of many such nights you can expect from us. As you can see here when the lights came up, people were treated to a Q&A and shared consciousness to send healing love to my mermaid Elizabeth’s first love, the oceans.

From 2010 to 2012 I did many live events with crowds of 100 plus in Los Angeles.  12.12.16, exactly 4 years from my stepping foot on the giant continent of Antarctica, here I was doing a Movie and a Meditation in my new home Sedona with the love of my life and surrounded my some of Sedona’s and LA’s best healers.  The applause was like water in the desert of our 6 years in total filmmaking journey.

Sold Out Screening

Buoyed by the Sedona success, after a few months of getting happily sidetracked with work on an exciting new screenplay about the incredible life of scientist, author and inventor Patrick Flanagan, and following a detour to cover the Heyoka president we are all being entertained and stretched by for now, my partner in love and life, Elizabeth and I began touring the film through May to across the Southwest.  Here’s some highlights!

BEFORE HITTING THE ROAD…

We landed a superb pet sitter for our 1 year-old rescue dog Lincoln. That done we set out in our Jeep, loaded with DVDs and cool perks which funded this entire trip and all our computer gear to be able to service our clients while on the move.  First stop…

Vegas art

The Enchanted Forest Reiki Center in Las Vegas generated a small turnout, but the mini-crowd loved the film. Best of all the film’s humor brought a laugh to woman who was recovering from the recent loss of a dear husband. Quite the come down in scale from the sold-out Sedona film fest, but we’d learn on the road in Santa Fe that the amazing Amma’s first events were small as well.

Next it was onto the OC for a screening at The Temple of Light.

Unfortunately, I suffered food poisoning I picked up in Vegas taking my grieving 88-year-old mom to a fine Mexican restaurant.  It was long drive to LA, sparing you the gory details.  But I was too busy worrying for my mother, broken-hearted about her husband and great stepfather of 30 years and lost in coma after stroke, to feel sorry for myself.  I was relieved to hear my baby brother was coming into Vegas to care for mom soon.  I had spent 3 weeks caring for my it was his turn to be on watch.  We’d been tag teaming since the early part of 2017.

Unfortunately, as a result of my being sick and checking on mom daily Elizabeth and I were unable to market much for the OC.  We’d hope I LA fan base would make the 90 minute trek but not many did.  Still, amazing people showed up like Bahkti star Larisa Stowe.

Donna who we toured Egypt with last year and Deanna Cook, who hosted us for a few days and we in turn hosted in Sedona.  We looked on the intimate size as chance to keep perfecting our Movie and a Meditation format.

I discovered on the trip that I have developed terrible cat allergies because the people we were staying with had not one but two cats.  Despite a sneezing attack mi screening, the event was magical.  The Antarctica movie gets people relaxed and ready for the planetary meditation that follows.

Next up the EarthShift conference in Desert Hot Springs.  The poster makers for the event could not fit the information about our event within the evnt, so we made our own poster.

Movie and a Meditation Earth Shift

At first I was taken aback seeing we’d be screening in the middle of a noisy vendor bazar that surround the theater seating area but the tech running the show did a great job of quieting the crowd.

Big applause from a gathering for our Saturday matinee.  A great Q&A. We were honored to have the event creator himself Julian Forest accompany Elizabeth for the guided meditation.

After our matinee, Elizabeth found us a great spa that turned out to be a huge health boost for my ongoing battle with black mold poisoning I suffered in 2013/2014.  And we stayed at the home of the amazing Joan of Angels, surrounded day and night by her prolific visionary ET inspired angel art.

Called+to+the+desert

Next, it was back to base in Sedona. Our rescue dog Lincoln greeted us with such joy on our homecoming. The little fella had proved quite a handful for our talented and loving pet sitter. Lincoln had the best in care while we were on the tour, including two pet shrinks our sitter brought aboard in our absence. We saw great progress in his journey relaxing into his happy new life. But our little rescue dog was so sad our pet sitter told us while we were away that it was clear to us Lincoln would be happier coming with us on the next city, Santa Fe.

Since 2011 Elizabeth has spent her birthday at the amazing Amma’s event.  So with Santa Fe the screening marketing work was integrated with attending the Amma event. We rented a beautiful casita new where the film was screening. Lincoln loved staying there and near us while we attended the Amma events in short bursts.

Amma-flyer-2017-Truly-Alive-Magazine

Sadly I learned, while we waited for our Amma hugs, on June 13th that my stepfather, great guy who took such sweet care of my mom for 30 years, had passed in Vegas. After nearly 3 months in a coma, the Navy vet had given up the battle. Fortunately, my brother was already in Vegas caring for our mom.  The poor thing had exhausted herself  and broken her hip while we were on the road. And for the few days while she was down, Nick got lost in our insane hospital system.  I tracked him down by calling all the major hospitals.

My brother really came to the rescue while Elizabeth and I were stuck on the road. My mom has accepted my brother’s invite, over our invite to come to Sedona, preferring to return to her native home state of Wisconsin.  She’s doing great and not following her husband as often happens.  People in my family live to over 100 and I think she’s going to be another.

Grieving, caring for my own and family illness while promoting was not easy on me. Luckily Elizabeth was all over it. We were looking forward to filling the 150 seat theater we rented in Santa Fe for after the Amma event.

Poster Santa Fe DONEBut we made a miscalculation in selecting the Screen.  Santa Fe is small by LA standards, and to we former Los Angelinos driving ten minutes to the theater from the downtown seemed no biggie.  We were wrong.  Net result a small turnout again.

People spaced themselves out in the 150 seats and so the audience energy was dispersed with few laughs or giggles of delight we are used to getting them.  Two people even walked out mid-film.  Yikes. But the core audience who stayed after were amazing.  The of them Sidhi yogas like Elizabeth.

Coolest Yogini Ever: Elizabeth England

On the plus side, and the theme of this trip, it became an intimate gathering where we could hug every movie attendee Amma style.  Once again a quality not quantity crowd. Here’s a snap of  the 40 foot screen the movie was shown on. Again blown away by how good the movie looks and sounds on the big screen.

The lesson in all this?  We learned tours are hard work to manage and market if they are spaced to close together.  Especially harder on the road with everything else that’s going on with our lives.  So we’ll promote Boulder heavily for a month from our Sedona base where we and Lincoln have happily retuned,

Next up for the MOVIE AND A MEDIATION tour: Boulder Colorado August 1st. A 200 seat theater. Can we sell it out like Sedona?  You bet!  Our confidence is bolstered by the fact we have added two exciting guest co-hosts, famed sonic healing artists Jonathan Goldman and Andi Goldman.
